In collaboration with biomedical engineers from Senegal, the CodeTherapy R&D unit engineered an end-to-end laparoscope prototype equipped with IoT sensors and onboard AI.
Our interdisciplinary squad designed and trained object-detection networks to recognize organs and common pathologies in real time, delivering augmented video overlays to surgeons. The entire system was optimized for low power consumption and manufacturability, making advanced minimally invasive surgery more accessible in low-resource hospitals.
