During a six-month period at the Kalam Institute of Health Technology in India, our multidisciplinary team collaborated with radiologists and software engineers to develop a deep-learning solution for early breast-cancer detection.
Leveraging the RSNA mammogram dataset, we crafted a robust CNN-based classifier, optimized for deployment in resource-constrained clinics. This system is now being tested in clinical pilot studies, aiming to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes in underserved regions.
